Samuel Gawith Balkan Flake is a cool smoking, smoky flake of Latakia and Virginia, pressed and mellowed for a smooth taste. With the Latakia driving the flavour, it’s rich with woody smoke and mildly sweet. The Virginia adds a little grassy earthiness to the blend. These flakes are easy to work with, perfectly moist and rub fully or fold easily, depending on preference.
