Born in 1996, the first-ever dry-hopped Pilsner, Tipopils is a milestone on the international craft beer scene and the one beer which started our now quite long history. It may seem the most “normal” among our beers, but it is exactly the one to leave the most decisive and long-lasting of marks. Tipopils is a golden lager with a rich hopping: the aroma of hops is the first thing one can perceive when sensorial approaching this beer, brimming with herbal and notes (freshly mown grass) followed by honey-like notes from the malts and hints of fresh yeast. The sip is velvety and full-bodied, gently sparkling. A taste one cannot get tired of: this is the secret of Tipopils; a beer of great character, not with standing its apparent simplicity.
