A 1983 Port Ellen single malt, distilled shortly before the closure of the legendary distillery, the first release of Hunter Laing’s Eidolon series was matured for 36 years before being bottled. The name Eidolon comes from ancient Greek, meaning a recollection of something memorable from history.
