Whilst Mexico might not typically be known for their cigars, the location makes for one of the best tobacco growing environments globally. In recent years, the tobacco industry has changed considerably; this is mainly due to the introduction of stricter control measures over the quality of tobacco produced, which has led to the country’s recognition by established cigar manufacturers.

Our Mexican cigar collection includes Te-Amo cigars, a sub-brand of the A. Turrent family cigar company. The Turrent’s arrival to the San Andreas Valley dates to 1880, when they discovered that the rich soil offered a perfect environment to grow tobacco.
